Walking times from SSR

My family and I will be coming home to SSR for the first time in 43 days. We have requested a room in the Springs area. We were just curious to know the walking times to certain locales from the Springs area.
How far from:

DTD Marketplace
DTD Pleasure Island
DTD Westside
MGM (Hollywood Studios)
EPCOT

Also, is it possible to rent bikes for the day from SSR to take to any of these locales?

Walking times from Springs/SSR (assumes a "stroll" as opposed to an aerobic pace...maybe 20 minutes/mile?):

DTD Marketplace

15 minutes--via walking path next to the canal past Congress Park

DTD Pleasure Island

20 minutes--via either walking path

DTD Westside

15 minutes (via the golf car path over the bridge that lets you out in the CIrque parking lot)

MGM (Hollywood Studios)

As far as I know, there is no walking path from SSR to MGM/Hollywood--most of the roads inside WDW don't have sidewalks, so walking could be "dangerous" over long stretches where there are no sidewalks...it's about a 15-minute bus ride from the time you leave SSR to arrival at MGM...

EPCOT--same as for MGM

In case you were confusing walking to MGM/Epcot from Beach Club/BoardWalk...there are walking paths to these two parks from these two resorts...about 5 minutes from the BCV to Epcot's International Gateway, and 10-15 minutes from BWV. To MGM, it's about 15 minutes from BWV and about 20 minutes from BCV...a very pleasant walk along the canal...

You can't ride bikes at DTD. And I don't think there are any bike racks at Epcot or Disney Studios. Besides, you wouldn't be able to ride a bike from SSR to either of these locations anyway.

Any Bike rental would be limited to the property you rented it from.
