Walking time from Beach Club Villas....

to Hollywood Studios? Can anyone tell me how long it takes on the path that goes around Boardwalk Villas.

Dh and I love the walk. It only takes us 10-15 minutes depending on how speedy we want to be. We always make it faster than if we wait for a boat.

We're across the lake from you but maybe I can help you a little. People always ask “How far is it from **** to the Boardwalk villas.” One reason that the answers vary is that “the Boardwalk villas” isn’t one spot. For example, it is 385 yards from Room *001 (near Jelly Roll) to Room *136 (at the Studio end). Talk about long corridors! For the sake of measuring distances, if you select the arch way (near the video game room) leading to the Luna Pool as a starting point (this is roughly the midpoint of the villas complex) – from there, it is:

545 yards to the boat dock at the S/D
720 yards to the International Gateway turnstiles
1,240 yards to the turnstiles at Hollywood Studios

For you treadmill fans, a setting of 3.0 is 3 miles per hour or 88 yards per minute. At that rate, it’s 6 minutes to the boat dock, 8 minutes to EPCOT, and 14 minutes to the Studios.

Interestingly, it’s almost exactly 1,000 yards from the turnstiles at the FW part of EPCOT to the turnstiles at the International Gateway and it is 1,740 yards (that’s 20 yards short of a mile) to walk around the entire World Showcase Lake.

With one of them in wheels (stroller) we can keep the other one moving. Ya know it's either run or stop with kids. We'd crack the whip and keep her running.

We've walked it many times. We've averaged between 10-20 minutes depending on how tired we are.

We walked it last Dec and beat the boat, this was after a full day at HS.

We have done this walk many times and I cannot imagine it only taking 10 minutes to walk from BCV to DHS. BWV, yes, BCV at least 20, but that is me.

I walked from the end of BWV's thats closest to DHS and it took ten minutes from there at a leisurely pace. I would add 5-8 minutes from BCV.

When we take the boat from DHS we often get off at the Swan & Dolphin and walk to the BW or BC.
