Walking path from WL to FW

We will be staying at the WL Dec. 11-18th on our Honeymoon and would like to walk over to FW to have breakfast one morning at the Trails End.

Could someone tell me if there is a path? and is it a nice walk between resorts

There is a pathway. Someone posted a link to a site that has a really nice slideshow of the pathway. I drove myself crazy trying to find where I stored it and finally found it! I think it's really neat. This is our first trip to the WL and we want to try it out too.

Keep in mind it is a long walk ....I would suggest renting some bikes - or a surrey bike - from the WL (near the boat rentals) and biking over for breakfast!

It isn't too much of a walk. It took us maybe 20 minutes at a very slow pace. It's a nice stroll.

GEM - you are probably right ......my definition of a long walk is always swayed by the fact that we have 2 young DD's! They make a walk to the mailbox a long walk - ha ha!

DW and I love to walk to FW from WL. It also took us about 20 minutes to make the walk. It is a very tranquil and scenic stroll.
