I wanted to see if anyone could tell me if it's a close enough/reasonable walk from the International Gateway in Epcot to the Yacht Club or if it's even possible? We want to have dinner at the Yacht Club one of the days we're at Epcot and if it's possible and not too far of a walk, thought this might be a good idea?? Any input would be much appreciated! Thank you!!! :goodvibes

It's an easy, and easy on the eye, walk. We walk to the Boardwalk area from EPCOT all the time. Enjoy the views!

I am fairly certain it is a shorter walk than from the International gateway to the main entrance to Epcot.

This is great! We're renting a car and were hoping we wouldn't have to go back out to the car and drive over to the Yacht Club!! :) And thank you very much for the map Robo, it helps a lot and really shows that it is a shorter walk to the resort than it is to the front of Epcot!! Geez... I never even would've thought that!!!! :goodvibes

Easy walk, its a 5-10 minute walk to either the Y&B club or the Boardwalk,10-15 minutes to the Swan or Dolphin and 20-25 to DHS.All depending on your walking speed.

It's also a short pleasant boat ride if you want to sit and relax for a few minutes before dinner.

I would say it is about a 10 minute walk to Epcot from the Yacht Club. You're looking at a longer walk to Hollywood Studios, but it is still doable. If you're walking with children, the walk to Epcot is fine, but you might want to consider the bus or boat to DHS.

As others have said, it's a pretty easy walk from the International Gateway to the Yacht Club. It's about 0.32 miles (565 yards). You can also take the boat which goes from IG to the BW and then to the YC (I'd say it'll take about 10-15 minutes). The boat is nice, especially if your feet are tired and/or it's hot/humid outside, but most folks can walk faster.

You've had your walking question answered, but make sure you don't get caught on the wrong side of the gate when Epcot closes or you'll have a heck of a time getting back to your car.

Just wanted to add that it is a short, easy walk. Or you can take a boat.

Not sure that was clear from the above posts.....

It's about a 10 minute walk. You could always take the boat over to the Yacht Club dock but we find walking to be quicker!
