In Disney weddings I have seen on tv or through photos on the internet, it looks as though the bridal party does not walk down in pairs. Now maybe this is something that is decided on in the end, but I was just curious if I would have to be walking alone (I'll be a maid of honor for my sister's wedding.) This may not be a big deal, but my sisters and I were talking about it the other night and were curious. So maybe some of you past DFTW brides or soon-to-be brides could let us know. :goodvibes
TIA!

I was actually just thinking about this yesturday. I really like it when the B.M and G.M walk down together and then split off rather then the groomsmen already standing at the alter! I think (this is purely a guess) that it is up to the couple. It's just a matter of style and preference! :)

I like it that way too, in fact all the weddings I've been to that's how it's been done. Personally I'd feel better having someone else to walk down with. Hope sis gets to do it that way!

I actually know the answer to this one. This is definitely up to the couple. My preference is to just send the girls down the aisle alone. I think it is a little more exciting. Again, just a preference.

Oh, thank you so much, she'll be thrilled to know. I was talking to her last night and she said I was chicken to walk down alone--and I guess it's a little true :)

My BF did the coolest thing (I think). We walked 1/2 way down the isle, and our escort met us. It was the best of both worlds. We have pics of us by ourselves and then with our escort... She was like most of you, wanted the girles to enter by themselves, but her groom wanted the guys to walk down so that was thier compromise....

Oh that does sound cute! Except my sister (MOH) and I (MOH) would still be walking together--there is an uneven amount of attendants, so it'll be us two walking with the one BM. :)

everyone in my wedding party pretty much walked alone except for my flower girls and me of course. my flower girls were escorted down the aisle by their mom.

I would imagine that this is up to the couple.

For ours we had the minister walk in first, followed by my husband, then his groomsmen. Then each of the girls walked down by themselves.

I didn't get married at Disney, but I did get married 2 weeks ago (today actually!). Can I just say that as the bride I have NO clue what happened with that in mine? Let's just say that it wasn't a priority to me apparently, I'll have to watch the video I suppose...

We did what Elisabeth did. I had 2 BM, 5 GM, and 3 jr bridesmaids, so it was less awkward to have the guys and girls walk down the aisle by themselves. For the recessional they all paired up though.

Our bestman walked our maid of honor up the aisle at Sunset Pointe. I personally didn't care what happened as long as my Dad walked me up there and the two of them decided together what they wanted to do. Then leaving they did the same thing.
