I fell and twisted my ankle getting off one of Disney’s buses. I have two more park days on this trip but cannot walk, even with a cane. So my question is, does anyone know how I could get a walking boot/air cast delivered to my resort. We used the magical express so I have no way of leaving my resort to go buy one. Turner Drugs delivers canes but not walking boots. I really don’t want to be stuck in the room for the entire next two days, so any advice or help would be greatly appreciated!

i would recommend taking the time to go to urgent care or a local hospital. If you can’t put weight on it, it may be more severe than a twist (which is usually a mild sprain). Even if not, I would not recommend pushing it too hard. I twisted my ankle one morning taking my dog out and I didn’t think it was too bad so I proceeded to walk to the train station and in to my office and by the time I got to my desk it was 4x the normal size and I did a lot more damage than if I had rested it appropriately, and ended up needing surgery and was non-weight bearing for weeks. You may need a wheelchair/ECV for the remainder of your trip to protect the joint from further damage.

I agree with PP about getting it looked at. Send someone to the front desk of your resort, they can help you arrange transportation. If you can’t walk on it, I certainly wouldn’t try using a walking boot; you could cause worse damage.

WDW provides a free shuttle to urgent care (from the parks at least) and free ambulance to the ER at Celebration. I've been on both those routes!
