I absolutely love my DVD's! It is a 1,2 and 3 mile walk, with some leg and arm movements thrown in, and a session of walking carrying weights. You do not need a lot of room, it is walking in place, for the most part. Don't be fooled though, these are real workouts, and what I love most about them is you do need a lot of time! 18 mins for 1 mile, 30 mins for 2 and 47 mins for 3 mile. I have been doing them for about 5 weeks now, and I am up to doing the 3 mile 5-6 times a week!
