You can only walk to the Poly from the GF. You will not be able to walk to MK.

You can also walk past/through the Poly to the TTC, and you can take the walkway from Poly to Shades of Green. That's it.

I don't think there is a true walking path around the GF Resort, but I would take a stroll down to Poly and maybe all the way down to the TTC and back, with a stop at Kona Cafe for some good coffee.

I just wish they would let you walk to the MK from VGF, would make the monorail break downs a lot easier to take.

What is a guesstimate for a loop to poly and back from GFV

Rough guesstimate from google map, about 6500 ft to the TTC from the front of VGF.
