Walking Around Tokyo Disneyland

Is it possible to walk from Tokyo Hilton Bay to the entrances of Tokyo Disneyland and/or DisneySea? Looking at the map it looks like it is possible, but the sidewalk paths might make the walks rather long?

I do like to walk, so I'm hoping it is possible, even if it is not the most efficient mode of transportation (I'm guessing the monorail is the most efficient).

It is possible. Some locals do walk to Disneyland since it's probably not too much slower than taking the monorail to the park in the morning but walking to Disneysea is a lot less common.
