Walking and point borrowing question

So....lets say you are walking a 5 day reservation by booking and walking a 7 day reservation. If you need to borrow some points to make the 7 day reservation but do not actually need them for the final 5 day reservation- can you reallocate the points on the final reservation so that you use the borrowed points first and then bank the points from the current UY you do not need for the reservation?

Nowhere near doing this, but curious about how it is done.

that's how MS should handle it. but it's up to you to make sure that that is how it works out.
