Hey gang,
Ive been scouring the member rules - and I can't seem to find anything that specifically relates to this, so I'm wondering if someone here knows the answer or can point out for me where I can find the answer:
I am planning a trip that will ultimately be a split stay at the same DVC resort, where the two reservations will have different room categories (we're having friends come in towards the later part of the trip to stay with us). Since it's a popular time of year (Christmas/New Years), Im considering "walking in" the second reservation a little bit.
Here's where I run into a bit of a quandary. I've already secured my first reservation. Obviously, the second reservation's check-in date would be the check-out date on my first reservation. So the question is, if I walk in the second reservation, I would effectively be holding 2 different reservations with a few overlapping dates - is this prohibited by any DVC member rules? and if so where can I find the rules to reference?
Thanks, in advance, for any further insight you can provide!!
