We last visited in March and were able to dine at some awesome places: Topolino's, Cali Grill and Boathouse with no issue or just walking up. We are heading back in a few weeks and wondering what the current situation is? TIA

Just look for the walk-up option on your app the day you want to go to a certain restaurant

I didn't try any walk-ups personally but saw a party of 5 getting a walk-up right at open at Brown Derby this past Sunday. From what I could tell, they had just planted themselves outside the restaurant and asked as soon as someone appeared at the podium (~10:55am). I think Boathouse (and most Disney Springs spots) are pretty used to accommodating walk-ups. Most of these also have reservations available on OpenTable, which is another option.

I got a walk-up for myself (and was seated at a 4-top) at opening of Chef Mickey's breakfast during Presidents'/Valentines/Mardi Gras week.
