walk up Chef MIckey's

Has anyone had any luck as a walk up to Chef Mickey's? If so, what time would you recommend being there & what was your experience?

We've walked up and had no problem being seated at Chef Mickeys on more than one occasion. Once we got there right when they opened (5pm?) and were seated right away. The other few times we had to wait a little bit (15-30 min). There are only 2 of us though, so I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it.

Hi, When we can not get a PS we go about 15-20 minutes before they open for dinner and put our name in. We are a family of 5 and this gets us seated quickly! Joan

We have been trying to get PS for over week and the only time that they have available is 9pm. We are a family of three, but plan on walking up at 4:45pm to place our name on the list. Even if we have to wait an hour, it is better then 9pm. That is way to late for our family. Hope eveyone had good luck!

we went to chef mickeys recently twice and walked in without a ps. We checked in at 4:45 and were seated at 4:55. You should have no problems. The second time we checked in at 6pm and were seated at 6:15.

You didn't mention if you wanted breakfast or lunch.

Our favorite thing to do on previous trips is to have an early morning at MK, then head over to Chef Mickey's at about 11am. We usually walk right in--the place is dead because breakfast is almost over. We then can really fill up on breakfast foods for lunch and enjoy the characters, then get back to MK just as everyone is heading to lunch!

That said, this time we got a PS. It will be interesting to see if it is really needed.
