Walk me thru cashing out?

Husband just cashed out at Milesource. What exactly is a super certificate? Is it mailed or emailed to us? How do we go from that to getting a gift certificate for one of the restaurants at Disney? Thank you for your help.º0º

if you just cashed out...in about 2 weeks you will get an email from giftcertificates.com with an order number. you use that number to order you actual giftcertificate. then you will get another email from them telling you when they will send it out. i cashed out in august and had the actual GC in my hand in under 3 weeks. good luck!
