Walk me through the check in process

Ok DIS, I need your help. Please walk me through the check in process. I am having a case of water shipped, and am part of a fridge swap. Will I be able to get all my things when i check in, or will I have to go somewhere else to get my water and fridge?

When you are at the front desk, mention that you've got a fridge and shipment waiting for you, and ask them how to best get the items to your room.

It all depends on your resort and how busy they are.

I shipped a box to myself at PC just recently, and receipt of it was noted on our reservation when we checked in. The CM brought it out when we finished checking in.
