Yes, it has been rerouted through a parking lot, so it's a little bit longer, but I think still not much more than 10 minutes.

Looking on Tikiman's facebook page the original walkway has been completed and is now open again.

Timed it many times on the original path and its 5-7 minutes at a leisurely pace.

I was just there 2 weeks ago. We were in the new DVC building, Pago Pago. The path was just steps away from our building. I never timed the walk, but it did not take long at all.
