Walk from Hyatt Place?

On their website, Hyatt Place says they are 1/4 of a mile from Universal.
Does anyone know if this is really 1/4 mile or is it "sell a room" 1/4 mile? In other words, is it walkable?

I am staying here Sun-thurs so I am wondering too but they also offer free shuttle to Universal..

I googled reviews for Hyatt and there were a few that mention a 10 min walk to Universal..I hear shuttle runs every 75 mins tho..

Yes it is only a 10 min walk cause we stayed at the Doubletree across the street last year and actually walked it but you do have to cross kirkman which is a very busy road but we managed fine and we took a taxi back at the end of our day which was only $5.00
