I've been alternating between the 1 mile and 2 mile in the evenings and trying to do 4-5 a week. Good beginner workout. When I feel beat I do at least the one mile. If I'm feeling like I have that extra push I go for the 2 mile. The good thing is that even on the basic tapes she offers options. For example with the weights there is usually one person not using them. Plus she has one person doing a modified motion. I also like that Leslie and her walkers look like real people - not super skinny models.
