How often do most people do this work out just starting off?
 
two times a week. I started doing the 1mi WATP.
 
I just bought her cd today and only did 12 mins. on it. I'm going to start it again on Saturday. I really like her energy. :thumbsup2
 
I started the Advanced 3 mile DVD back in Oct. I do the first two of the three miles 4-5 mornings each week.
 

I've been alternating between the 1 mile and 2 mile in the evenings and trying to do 4-5 a week. Good beginner workout. When I feel beat I do at least the one mile. If I'm feeling like I have that extra push I go for the 2 mile. The good thing is that even on the basic tapes she offers options. For example with the weights there is usually one person not using them. Plus she has one person doing a modified motion. I also like that Leslie and her walkers look like real people - not super skinny models.
 
I am walking the full marathon, at WDW, in 2007 and have to get in shape, so I thought that her cd's would be a nice change from my treadmill. :cool1: Let me know if you have lost weight, or have noticed a difference since using her cd's.
