walk around beer in dca?

was looking at the menu for the holiday season in dca and saw a beer at lamplighter that looked awesome! can you get the beer to go and walk around dca with it? want to get snacks at the food fest and not necessarily eat this time at lamplighter

I believe that all DCA restaurants provide to go drinks.

Not at a sit down restaurant. All the quick service places you are free to “walk around” with your beer or other alcoholic beverages
