Wal-Mart banner?? Does it "talk"??

Is it just my computer, or is anyone else getting a Wal-Mart banner that tells you that you've won a gift card? I've clean out some cookies, but it's still there.

I just had that...it's a trojan program that took all kinds of contortions to get off my computer. My husband installed a ton of patches before we could get rid of it...start running antiviruses and if you know an IT guy, let them know you have a trojan that's nasty as all get out.
