Wal-Mart and rain ponchos

I have seen several posts about how people have bought cheap rain ponchos for a dollar or so at Wal-Mart. Can anyone tell me the general vicinity in Wal-Mart where I would find those? I'm usually a Target shopper, so I'm not as familiar with Wal-Mart...or does anyone know if Target carries these? I see in the 15 day forecast lots of showers, but mild temps...I doubt I will want to lug around my big Columbia Gortex jacket at the parks, but a poncho might be great.

They are found near the umbrellas and pocketbooks. If you can't find them just ask an employee there.

Target should have them too - I picked up 8 or 10 before Christmas for $0.88 each. They were in the camping area, near where all of the leathermen and small camping supplies are. I think they're Coleman brand - they had them in blue, orange and clear. I picked up blue ones for the adults and a couple of clear ones to go over the stroller to keep it dry!

Cool...thanks for the info...I will probably just go to Target- yippee! Always like an excuse to go to Target. And the price is right! Great idea about getting some for the stroller- hadn't really thought of that. Thanks!

My local Dollar Tree store sells the adult's and the child's sized ponchos in a 2 pack for $1 a pack. Mickey

Walmart also displays the ponchos in the camping gear area. That's where I get mine. $.87 each.

I just thought I would add my 2 cents about the ponchos. I usually buy quite a few because after they get wet they sometimes get an awful ordor and it is just better to throw them out and put on a new one. I guess it is the mildew or something but they really get smelly.
