Waking up Tinkerbell!!!

I would love to BUMP this to see if there are other stores that do "special" things like waking Tink or decorating the tree.

I had heard about this on the boards so I made sure that we were the first ones in the store one day this summer. I didn't tell my DD about it, just in case, and I'm glad I didn't because they didn't ask her to do it. She's 12 and still loves the princesses, etc., but I guess the CM's thought that she was too old. I was disappointed, though!

Back in Nov, we had been in Tinkerbell's Treasures several times and heard Tink flying around. On the day of our CRT breakfast we didn't hear Tink, so we asked the cm and she then preceeded to tell us Tink had over slept & would we like to wake her. I think you have to ask the cm's, I don't think they ask you. ( I could be wrong... )

Does Tinkerbell's store open early on Extra Hour Mornings? Thank you!princess:

Has anyone had a DS do this? Do you have to ask, or do the CM's ask you? What time does the shop open on an EMH? My DS would LOVE this!

What an excellent thread this is::yes::

I am so grateful to have read this information about waking up Tinkerbell because my 6yr old DD will absolutly love to do this. I am taking her to this store immediately when the park opens when we go in Sept. and hopefully she can do this.

Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This would be SO COOL!! We are having breakfast at the CRT our first morning in the park - DD would LOVE to get the chance to wake up Tinkerbell! My question is this: Does the store open early on early morning days at MK?

/
What time does the store open? Do their hours depend on MK's hours....any where is the store again.....right behind the Castle??

My son (age 4) would love this!!!!!!!!!!!

The day we woke Tink, the store opened at the same time as the park. I don't know opening time on early entry days.

You will find the shop on the left just after you pass through the castle.

Good luck & have a blast!

Our 3 boys (9, 6, 3) woke up Tinkerbell over Christmas and never once thought of it as a girl activity. They had lots of fun chasing her around the store, and one section of the store is pirate/Peter Pan merchandise, too.

I don't know the hours, however.

Can big kids wake-up Tinkerbell too? Like maybe 25 years olds? :hyper: I guess I'll have to take my nieces and nephews with us sometime to experience this (DH will LOVE that  )

My 3 Boys, they let your three kids wake her together? I was hoping to hear that! I have three, also (DD 5, DD 3, DS 2) -- and I can't imagine just one of them getting to do this while the other two watched! :scared1:

Yes, they did allow them all!

Is this something that you ask the CMs in the store about, or will they just ask your kids? We're traveling with my 2.5 year old niece and 6 year old cousin and they would love to do this. We have a PS at Cindy's for 8:15 am and due to the changes in EMH it's now an early entry morning. Will the store be open at 8 or should we run down at 9 after breakfast?

Yes, ask the CM about this. You NEVER know if someone else has already done it. We actually got there AFTER the store was open and we got really lucky. The first time we tried someone had already woken her up!

:sunny:

Is 43 too old? If I wear my Tinkerbell dress will they let me do it?
