Waking up Tink @ Tinkerbell's Treasures?

Taking a child to the dresser can be special. I didn't tell my family about Tink, so when we strolled into the shop they thought that I was windowshopping. A wonderful CM heard our conversation about the little "sleeping beauty" in the dresser and took my DGD by the hand to peek inside. Both were crouched down and whispering softly together. The moment was enchanting because we were able to allow a little girl and a sweet CM to enjoy some Pixie Dust together. I think the moment was more magical that being the first to wake Tink because it was an experience that was shared by two girls waiting to see a fairy fly.

my dd woke up tink a couple of weeks ago. The first day we got there too late. On our last morning we let the others sleep in. We woke up early and walked over to the MK from the cr. We were there at rope drop and went straight to Tinkerbell's Treasures. There was a little girl and her family there right ahead of us and they were asking to wake up tink. I politely aslked the mom if my dd could help her dd wake up tink. Thank goodness she said yes and both girls got to wake up tink and got certificates. (Thanks again to Abby's Mom).I think it was one of the highlights of her trip she tell everyone she woke up Tinkerbell!!

so if you don't have an ADR inside...can you still get to the castle for the rope drop? Kinda like following the CM's to Adventureland and standing there to wait for the offically opening?

Ptmmg- It's me, Abi's mom! Hi again!! Of course we said yes! That wouldn't be very nice of us to say no, and leave poor Gracie there all upset. (Although who knows, there may be come peolep in this world thtat would have!) It worked out perfectly for both of them to do it. I should have known that you post on here as that is the whole reason I found out about waking Tink int he first place!

My DD7 got to wake up Tink in June. We weren't really in any hurry to get down Main St., as I had forgotten about it. We were in the mad Dumbo rush when I remembered it and went in the store. My DH thought I was nuts to not rush to Dumbo! Most people don't even know about it yet, so we got lucky. They will send the certificate to your resort so it doesn't get all smashed during the day.
