I know that you are required to meet them when they drop off the ECV. I assume that you give them an approximate time of arrival at your resort. Once at the resort and give them a call how long does it take them to drop off the ECV?

It depends on where they are.

I've had it where they were already at the resort when I called. It took them telling me to step outside.

And I've waited about 20 minutes for them to show.

There are a few that have paid to be on the "authorized" list.
We are using Walker this time because they will drop off at the Hyatt Orlando Airport Hotel the night before we
go on our Disney Cruise. We need the ECV right away and will take it on the DCL bus from MCO to Port Canaveral.
We are staying at OKW after the cruise and Walker gave me a 1 hour window to pick up the ECV on the day we
take DME back to the airport. We have used both Walker, Buena Vista and Special Needs At Sea. Walker is giving us
a courtesy drop off at the Hyatt, Buena Vista does not drop off at the Hyatt. Special Needs puts the ECV in your
handicapp cabin so you have to use a courtesy DCL wheelchair to get to your ECV. All of these companies are good.

I'm a worrier so I would be in a panic if our flight was delayed and didn't get to the resort in time for the delivery, it has happened a couple of times. My husband was in a car accident a month before our trip and he couldn't walk very far but said he be fine with the scooter at the resort. It being there when we arrived and leaving it with bell service when we were finished worked for us. For me it's worth it but I know I'm different.

I've used them twice, and called them when I arrived at the resort, went out and sat on the bench next to bell services and waited maybe 1-2 minutes before they showed up. At pick up, they called to say they were on their way, when I got from the room to the hotel entrance, they were pulling up.
