waiver form

just some advise as i always get confussed how many waiver forms i will need for my party please advise
there are 6 in total
me my wife and natural children(all same surname)
my step son(different name)
family friens(different name again only 10)
also do we go to us imigration altogether

Everyone will need their own Visa Waiver form (green one). Make sure you get plenty of spares when you check in.

The white customs form you will need one per family (ie. with the same surname).

I always pick up a few spares when I travel through the US. That way I can fill the forms in before I leave home without any rush.
