Waiver but no booklet???

I got my waiver for the 1/2 in the mail on Saturday...that was it though...no booklet. Did this happen to anyone else?

Same thing happened to me when requested a replacement waiver when I didn't get the first one. They probably don't print the extras just in case extras might be needed.

It could also be the case that the plastic was torn while in the care of the USPS and the book got lost. A few years back my packet was all taped up due to USPS damage.

Weird! It wasn't a replacement (that I know of). It also came in a Disney Sports letter size envelope...so I don't think it suffered the USPS damage scenario. Oh well! Thanks for the link to the booklet and thanks for the responses!

That's how Disney sent my replacement(in a letter size envelope). Mine had a while label stuck on the waiver while the "original waiver" of my wife was printed from a printer.
