Waitlists now on line

This may be old new to some people but was a pleasant surprise to me. I was poking around the DVC website and discovered that I can now see my current and old waitlist online! I really like that feature of online booking.

Yes that would be nice, where on the site are you finding it???

From the home page, after you log in, click "vacation center". There will be a link on the left that says "waitlists". Click that, and it will show active waitlists, confirmed waitlists, and expired/deactivated waitlists. I must admit, it is nice to be able to view waitlists online, and not have to just hope that the CM you spoke to set it up correctly.

Thanks! That is wonderful!! I put in a wait list last two weeks ago for my DH and DD's December trip for a BLT SV studio and its nice to see it there!

yes I saw that too. It shows me what is currently available on my WL. I am pleasantly surprised how nice the new system looks. I'm very impressed. I'm on vacation right now, but took a few minutes to log on to take a peak. I can't wait to use it.

I saw it yesterday when I was looking at the On lne booking. I assumed it had been there for a while. I too was pleasantly suprised and like the visibility it provides.

I waitilisted a reservation this morning and I now can see it...so happy that I no longer have to call in to waitlist or check availibity...


I was also able to see a waitlist that I never created....

This is a nice feature, however, my account shows one confirmed waitlist for a reservation that was never waitlisted. It was for a January 2012 reservation that was available the day I booked it. Very odd!
