Waitlisting AKV Concierge

We currently have four nights booked in a savannah view studio at Kidani for four nights in October. We are meeting friends down there, and they have a studio booked as well. For 10 points extra, I notice we can wait list concierge.

Is a AKV concierge studio a tough room to get through wait listing (October)? I'd appreciate your thoughts.

There are only 5 two bedroom available to be booked. That means there are a max of 5 studios available. They are hard to book but not impossible. You might be better off waitlisting only one or two nights and then moving to your savanna view room for the final nights.
Of the five studios that are available three are savanna view, two are pool view, and one is an HA room. You do not get an option of choosing which you are given.

Only 5 available if no one books a 2 bedroom!

The CL rooms have the worst views at Jambo IMO, that's why Disney Resorts gave them to the DVC.

I have never walked a reservation. I have stayed in the AKL-CL studios three times for 2 nights each stay. I have booked at 4, 6, and 7 months.

Two nights is a lot less than a full week. If one is flexible you can get one at least from when I check but a full week the day of 11 mths is difficult.

I think putting a waitlist in is worth the shot. We just got two nights at AKV in CL for our December trip. Those two nights helped out because we will be there Dec. 8th till Dec. 15 at AKV CL then we switch to Boardwalk till the 22nd.
