Waitlisted for Main Seating

Hi -

We are scheduled for the late seating for dinner, as the main seating was full by the time we made reservations.

We are travelling with small children ages, 1, 3, and 5 and are a little concerned about the ability of the kids to make to the late seating, and to last through it. (We will of course insist they nap to increase our chances...)

Does anyone know the success rate of those waitlisted being moved to the main seating? If we were moved, might we find out before we board?

Has anyone had success requesting to be moved to the main seating after they've boarded?

When we went last October we were waitlisted for early seating. At the time my kids were 8 months and 3. When we arrived at the port and received our KTTW cards....we saw that we had been switched to early.

Hi , you can check periodically to see if your request has been met and if not when you board you can ask the restaurant manager straight away if theres a chance explaining your predicament. We were also waitlisted for early but after reading the boards realised we'd prefer late with our DS 13 and have requested to be removed from the waitlist , hopefully someone more needy of early dining will get our slot. We were wait listed as well. We found out as we boarded that we had gotten early seating. If you don't have it when you board, go to dining changes and they will do their best to accomodate you.
