May 4th is an EPcot MM night and so that might be a tough one until people who booked just for that night do or do not get tickets.

May 3-8. It's actually an extra room for my sister, but if it doesn't come through my dh and I have a room so she could stay with us if push comes to shove.

I might then book what you can and waitlist the nights you can’t get, Then stalk and try to piece together the trip. Since there is a room she can stay if it does not work, you’d really have until the beginning of April before you risk anything.

If you take what comes back in, waitlist the rest and stalk, you will get your dates. There is a ton of inventory for Polynesian standard studios. Not sure if I could do it this year due to changes with waitlist checks by MS but three years ago I pieced together almost two weeks at Christmas and NYE in a standard Polynesian studio. Inventory there comes in and out all the time.

Three consecutive nights during your stay are available right now for a preferred view. There are probably reasons why you want standard, but just in case.
