Waitlist

Does anyone have good luck with the waitlist? We are booked in SSR 12/20-12/28 with a 2bedroom. We are waitlisted for same at BCV. JUst wondering if anyone had luck before????????????

remember you last 7 days you need to call back and get on that waiting list - or do what I do call next and every morning.

but at this point it isn't likely.

Lots of people have good luck with the waitlist, but as you are talking Christmas Week I would say your odds are very, very slim.

Lots of people can't get on property at all that week, so have a great time!

I'm booked for Apr 17-25 1 bedroom at SSR and waitlisted at BCV for the same time. Have been on the waitlist since day 1 of the 7 month mark and no luck yet. Should I be calling every so often to check the status? I'm thinking it will not come through regardless.

Difficult time of year...

I was on a waitlist for the last 10 days in Aug for the BCV or BW...studio or one bedr...never came through...call every day...

We were on the waitlist for a 2BR at AKL, SSR or OKW from 12/26- 12/30 for about a month. I got really nervous so I called and changed from a DVC to 2 rooms at POR for the same time. We need two rooms with 5 people. It was not a good use of points but these points were in holding and I would have lost them anyway if I didn't book something. I really wish we could be staying DVC but I'm happy we're at POR and actually going!!

That's good two rooms are a must. SSR is our home resort but I have never seen it. When we bought it was being built. I just wanted BCV for location and would probally feel like home since we live on the Cape.

We'll be at the BWV 2/19-2/23. When ever I have been on the waitlist it has come through. Good Luck. What part of the Cape are you from? Born and raised grew up in Osterville. Good Luck with the wait!

We had good luck with the waitlist last year for the second week in December for the BCV. If I were you I would call each day just to "check". Sometimes that seems to help. I know with mine it had not come thru and then when I called to put my friend on the ressie with us, it just happened to "come thru" right then. It seems that happens alot. Good luck!

I just noticed that my waitlist for January1 just came through!! I figured that day would be impossible to get, but I got it. So, never give up . . . until you're actually in your room, and they tell you your waitlist hasn't come through.
