Waitlist ?: What if....

Hypothetical: OK what if I have a waitlist for a studio and it comes available at 29 days and I already made other arrangements, do those points go into holding (because they automatically confirm waitlist), if I cancel?

Any cancellation 30 days or less will put the points in to holding, even if it is from a wait list you leave open until day 7 that gets filled.

The best thing to do is cancel the wait list at day 31 so you avoid holding, or i f you do keep it in place, make sure what ever you have as a back up can be cancelled without penalty if the wait list comes through.
