Waitlist question

Sorry if this is asked a lot or a no brainier, we've just never used wait list before! Currently we have 11 days booked at WLV in October. We would love to split that and do half at BLT, but of course there are days filled up there. If we wait list BLT for the second half- can we maintain our 11 day WLV and have the wait list too? Or would we have to just keep half booked at WLV and wait list BLT for the second half and cross our fingers? If it's the second option, how do you stand the uncertainty? How do you plan a long trip with dinning and what not, if half the trip is up in the air? All thoughts will be very helpful, thank you!

You can keep your 11 days at WLV while you also have a wait list for the days you want at BLT. You can specify that if the BLT reservation comes through that the days at WLV are cancelled.

As far as planning your trip without knowing for sure where you'll be staying for those days, just expect that either way it turns out, you will probably want to change some plans. There's no way to know where you will be staying so try to make plans that work with both of the resorts.

I'm a big fan of planning ahead so this drives me crazy!
