Waitlist Question.....

If I were to waitlist for a whole week because no days were available at the time of booking....how does MS handle this. Do they wait until the whole week is there and then book it? Or do they pull days out as they come free? Reason I'm asking is that I have never been waitlisted before. I also am curious because say if 4 days show up they won't book these until the other couple days are free as well......so by the time the other couple show the previous 4 could be gone.

I believe, as I understand it, your waitlist will only come up if all the nights are available. So essentially, like you mentioned, the problem will be if some nights do become available while others do not, then the waitlist will not pick up any of the nights until all the nights are available.

If this is not true, please correct me. But at this point, this is my understanding. Actually, I'm hoping I'm wrong.
