Waitlist for BLT

Has anyone had luck making it thru the waitlist for BLT within the 30 day window?

We started a waitlist at BLT for a one bedroom villa in Sept for January. It never came through.

We got our BLT wait list for 6/30/2011 on 6/21/2011 2 days left before 7 days check in.

I just got mine for July 27, I guess that is a little over 30 days though...

Last June, I called 1 week before our trip to see if by chance there was anything open, because we decided to stay an extra night. Got a LV studio, so I would venture to call.....

We were waitlisted last August for a 1Bdrm LV up to 7 days prior. After that I called every day. Two days before our trip we got it! Keep calling!! I plan to do the very same for our upcoming trip
