Between seven months and arrival, does waitlisting at your home resort give you any order preference over waitlists by members of other resorts that submitted their request before you did?

There is no home resort advantage to your starting a waitlist during the 7-month window. The only home resort advantage for waitlists is your making one during the 11-month window before anyone with a 7-month window can do so.
