Has this ever happened to anyone else? I called a little over a week ago to MS and tried to add an extra night to a ressie I had for a studio in HH in August. They said that all the studios for this night were booked. I asked to be put on the waitlist and the CM said, "the automatic waitlist", I said yes. She then told me if it came available I would automatically be booked and then I would receive a updated confirmation. So, today I call MS about another ressie I have, so I figured I would check to see if my waitlist had come through while I had them on the phone. The CM said I don't see a wailtlist for you
. I said or you sure and she said there isn't anything under my name to indicate I was on the waitlist. She checked my ressie and nothing had been added. She then checked inventory and low and behold she had 3 studios available for that day. So, it worked out fine, but I was still a little mad that my request for the waitlist wasn't placed as promissed. I'm new at this, first ressie with my new points, but is this the norm for MS? I thought MS would be better then CRO.
