I'm anxious to get into DVC now because I found out today that I need to plan a trip in April 06 because a friend wants me to stay after my work conference for a week at WDW. So, I wanna get setup in DVC so I can rent some points to transfer in (rather than trying to rent a reservation) and stay at BWV!!! And to get the AP discount.

Good luck getting what you want for April 06.
Even with all my impatience about getting the points in the system, I am very very excited to be a DVC member. I looked into it in the very first couple of years & could kick myself now for not buying in back then. So glad to finally be able to be a member. Making reservations this morning was great. I wanted a BWV PV studio-which they didn't have, but I happily took a BCV studio & they waitlisted me for the BW so if it comes in I still might get it. We are following the 1/2 marathon with a quick trip to Vero Beach & I got an ocean view inn room. I can't wait for our first trip home.

I noticed you & your partner both have October bdays & you are going to DL to celebrate. My hubby & I have bday a week apart in Oct-his is the 24th & mine is the 31st. We celebrated last year at WDW & went to MNSSHP on my bday!!!! Great fun.
