Waiting on ROFR!

After many years of wanting to buy at the DVC, I finally have a signed contract!

It's for BWV, 175 points, August use year. The title company received my deposit yesterday, and sent it over to Disney. Now, I just have to hope we pass ROFR!

I've gotten lots of great advice here while looking for my contract. Thanks, everyone!

I am in the very same boat... it's been a week now and the longer I wait, that harder it get's..LOL I am hoping to purchase a 300 point contract for the Vilas at the Wilderness Lodge, I love the place. The very best of luck on passing ROFR... I hope it all works out...
