Waiting on Points to Show in Account

Question for those who have purchased resale. I know that once you close there is a delay until your points are loaded into your DVC account and you can actually make a reservation. However, I'm wondering if you can still check availability while you wait on your points to be added to your account? Anyone know? Thanks!

If you get the dvc login, yes.... if not, not so much. Mine took just a out two weeks to load
