Waiting Lists at BWV?

We are renting points from my husband's parents, they own at BCV, but we are staying Boardwalk Villas. Well here's the thing we are going Oct-22-26 (5 nights) only there is no availability for our last night (26th, thursday) They have us on a wait list..she checked BCV and they also have no avail. I am so nervous about our stay now.

Whate are the chances of us
A) Getting to keep our room for that night
B) Hvaing to choose a new location
C) Having to dinf 1 night at another hotel


We really do not want t change hotels or rooms...anyone have any experience with waiting lists?

With it being Food and Wine Festival, it is a very busy time of year for BCV and BWV. It will be a little more difficult than other times to get a waitlisted room. People do get waitlists all the time though, so just keep your fingers crossed. There really is no way of telling. I would make alternate plans though for another resort as the time gets closer, just to make sure you have something else. Good luck.

There's no guarantee but waitlist do come through. Last year we had to waitlist our whole F&W week because we waited too long to reserve. It all came through in the end. We split our stay between BCV and BWV. You still have lots of time.

Fo they contact you via DVC if something comes available?

Your wait list will probably come through but it may be at the last minute. I make a reservation for my neighbor for January and it came through at ten days out. To be safe, get a backup reservation.
