Waiting list for NYE studio @ BCV

Has MS contacted anybody lately to notify you about availabilty for NYE?

I made my ressie exactly @ the 7 month mark. MS was booking my ressie for NYE week when her computer froze for a second and then worked again. But when she tried to rebook it, they were no longer available. She told me that she put me on the waiting list. She told me that she has worked for DVC MS for several years and rooms became available for NYE months ahead of Dec 31. She told me not to fret over it.

So I'm just wondering if anybody who was on the waitlist for Dec 31 for a BCV studio, have you been contacted and when?

I was wait listed for a standard view studio at the BWV's for New Year's Eve. I already had a reservation for a preferred view. They called a couple of weeks ago to say I got the standard view. That also means someone got my preferred view. I posted it here and quite a few other people confirmed that they had been contacted around the same time as me.

I have been wailisted for a 2 BR since May- am holding a studio at BCV and one at BWV for that night so if mine clears, I'll let you know! NYE is the hardest to get- we were waitlisted last year and it never came through, had to move rooms.
