Waiting Game

It has been 2 weeks since our deed was recorded after a resale purchase. I know it can take up to a month before our points are in the system, but I am getting so impatient. We want to vacation the first week of May and I'm getting worried that nothing is going to be open at all. Ugh!! Someone please give me some hope and patience!

You will be fine. There should be plenty of availability for early May. Depending on where you want to stay you may not get your first choice, but that is true anytime you are within your 7-month window. Which resort are you hoping to book?

We don't have a huge preference. I'd love to get a room at VGF but I'm sure that hope is gone so we will probably wait list there. Other than that we are hoping for a 1BR at OKW, AK or SSR. Since those are big resorts I'm hopeful we will be ok.

Well thanks for that. I really was just venting for support and not expecting anyone to tell me availability but I do appreciate the info. It helps with the wait.

I called MS again this morning and was able to get my member ID. We are booking our first trip today!!! Yay!

Hang in there, we got our member number about 15 days after the deed was recorded, and we were able to book a 2 bedroom villa @ Saratoga Springs in August 2014.

as long as you're not trying for VGF and BWV BW view (very little left), you should be able to book any other WDW 1 bdrm (including BCV).
