 I've always heard things come in threes... Here's hoping that my three have already happened with our upcoming October trip....

1. Had to postpone from last October as co-worker left work early due to pregnancy.... no big deal, I called Disney and rescheduled our reservation from October 2010 to October 2011... The CM and I even had a giggle because I had to put $2.25 on my credit card (deposit) as the nightly fee increased.
2. Early 2011, I tried to log in and my reservation was no where to be found. After 2 3/4 hours on the photo with Disney, we discovered that while they took the $2.25 deposit, the dates weren't changed and I had no reservation. No big deal, they changed the dates, found where the deposit was and had it switched to the current reservation. February 2011, I log in and once again NO RESERVATION... I call again and they tell me I never paid a deposit... grrrrr After another 3 hrs on the phone (long distance from Canada) they tell me its a credit on my account not a deposit... I says HUH???? Apparentally because it was a rescheduled reservation I needed to make another one night deposit and the one I had already paid would be a credit on my account when I arrived... I said prove it in writing and I'll pay the extra night, because this run around was ridiculous.... as of right now, I have an active reservation with written confirmation and all the $$ accounted for (FINALLY) lol :dance3:
3. A little scared that anything else was out of line, I called and confirmed all my other reservations. All are okay except for my golf cart rental with Kenny. Somehow they had no written record of it, therefore no reservation... ARGGGGHHH no golf cart for Halloween at the Fort.... :scared1: The horrors!!! lol
but at least we were able to rectify that too and have written confirmation and a gold cart reservation.... :thumbsup2

Seriously hope the three things are done and over with!!! Thanks for letting me vent!! :laundy:
