Waiting for ROFR is pure torture!

I know all good things take time but the wait is driving me crazy! And its only been 6 days so far that my offer has been submitted to Disney. I have a gut feeling now that its in that I wont pass ROFR. 75/pt OKW UY Sept. Im afraid that if I am ROFR'ed (besides being heartbroken) that I wont have time to get SSR before the price increase. If it all comes out good then it will all be worth it but until then... I am going bonkers! Help!

Don't lose your hope. I usually takes more than 6 days for Disney to process the paperworks so I hope you get your contract. Besides, $75/pt does not sound too bad to me.
I waited on pin and needles when I went through my ROFR but everything worked out.
Just as sidenote. Have you thought about putting a deposit down with Disney on a SSR contract? I only bring it up because you mentioned you might go the SSR route if you do not pass ROFR.
With a deposit, you can lock in the current offer and you will your deposit back 100% if you don't go through with it.

jiggerj, just be prepared for the fact that you may have a long wait. I've been waiting almost 3 weeks. We also hope for an OKW contract, and we're paying $78/pt Aug UY. Frankly, I'm getting really puzzled here. We sold a contract which went to Disney for ROFR a couple days before the one we bought did, and that one they passed on almost 2 weeks ago. Are you jumping every time the phone rings-I am. Talk about nervous!

I totally sympathize with all of you. Around 2 weeks or so after ours got sent out was the worst time for me. My dw caught me wandering around the house muttering ...rofr... ....rofr...

I am also waiting for word on a 270 pt contract at OKW, also $75 pt. We have 430 pts in the current use year, so I'm hoping we are OK. It went to Disney a little over a week ago.
