waiting for restaurants in Epcot

After checking in at a world showcase restaurant do you have to stay in the lobby of the restaurant until they call your name or do get a beeper so you can wander in that pavilion until its time? I am especially wondering about Morrocco. Thanks!

You get a beeper with a limited range - do not know if you will be able to explore the whole pavilion. I would also be surprised if you had to wait at this restaurant - we have never even had a PS and have been able to simply walk in on separate occasions.

Usually, there is not a long wait at Morocco. I've never had to wait to eat there, even without a PS. The restaurant is hidden in the back and alot of people either don't know it's there or don't want Morocco food, because it never seems crowded.

We had a beeper at LeCellier last year, but it didn't reach very far. We were able to sit outside on the bench.

It really surprises me that Marrakesh would not be busy. I am so excited to eat there. I got a 430 PS so that we would be sure to be seated before the 500 music and belly dancer.

I wouldn't expect a wait, either. We walked right up at lunch with no PS and the restaurant was half empty - though it filled a bit more later, they had so much extra room that they allowed 2 ladies to come in, watch the show, and drink (free) water at a booth behind us the entire time.

It's disappointing they are not more popular, but on the other hand, it means more tables for me!
