Waiting for letter from disney after closing??

My husband and I recently purchased 150 pt at SSR resale. This is our first purchase. Our contract closed on November 27 and I saw our names on the Orange Country Comptroller site on November 29. Now, it is December 14 and I am still waiting for a letter from Disney. Do you I just keep waiting? How much longer would you guess?

Call Member Administration and see if your contract has been put into Disney's system. If it has, they can help you set up your online account so you can begin booking!

It took us just about 2 weeks to get our letter, so hopefully tomorrow or Monday it will come.

We got our membership cards about a werk after the letter, but the letter said 4-6 weeks. I think we just got lucky.

Thank you for the information. I called Member Administration. The lady on the phone was very nice. She said the letter had been mailed 10 days ago and was surprised I hadn't received. She gave me my number and I was able to sign on to the website. Mission Accomplished!

We closed in September and never received a letter. I called and they gave us our number but no one could tell us what should have been in the letter or how to get a copy. We closed at Disney so we got our membership cards there.
