Does anyone know if EPCOT is still 9 to 7 for FW and 11 to 9 for WS?

I'd say this is a fairly safe assumption

They still split it on the international calendar and you are correct as you have written it.

If you click on the individual days on the calendar, you should see the schedule of events for that day. I flipped through the days for the week we will be there and I saw Spectromagic on the schedule, but I didn't see Fantasmic on the DHS schedule anywhere.

HA! This is almost as crazy as no hours! I feel like I have gone from being in the complete dark to using a match to see. Come on Disney turn on the lights....Give us ALL the information! We're traveling 8/23-8/29, and I KNOW I saw Spectromagic on the schedule for 8/24 at 9PM followed by Wishes at 10PM. They must have taken them off.

You need to look on the US site, the UK site doesn't have all the details up yet. Click on international sites at the bottom of the main page, choose USA, then when the next screen comes up click on visit US site which will be in the top left corner.

The US calendar shows the difference, the international does not.

Yeah they are what I expected! We had to book our ADR's without them.
We haven't done EMH in a few years. But from what I understand they are really helpful in Aug.

How do we tell whether the EMHs are AM or PM?

Pacman - the calendar lists the a.m / p.m. but generally if it says 8-9:00 it's morning EMH and if its 7:00-10:00 or 9:00-12:00 that will be evening EMH. Does that help?
