What are the wait times for rides in mid June? I can't decide wether to stay on site for $200 a night or off site across the street at the Sheraton for free (starwood points). I have a 3 and 6 year old and can't imagine standing in line for 90 minutes. Will the childrens rides have that long of a wait time? Thanks! Bridget

If you can swing it I would suggest staying on site at least one night. One night would give you FOTL for two days. In mid June the lines could get very long.

Depends on how early you wake up each morning. One Fish Two Fish has about an hour wait at peak times of the day. If you show up early, the kids can ride it first.

You could always visit your first day to get an idea of how things are, then buy express pass booklets if you think you need them.

Besides the FOTL, staying onsite give you the neat pools, plus you "feel" like part of the action. But for $200 a night differance, it's a tuff call.

As the kids get older and make the height requirements for the coasters, you'd definately want to stay onsite and have FOTL. But they'll probably want to spend a lot of time in the play areas getting soaked, so you don't need FOTL for that.

If you haven't bought all of your tickets, consider buying one preferred annual pass for someone in your party. You get discounts on the onsite hotels, 20% off merchandise in the parks, 15% off food in the parks, as well as discounts at City Walk restaurants. The regular rate on the RPH was $229 for our dates in early June and with the APH rate, we will get it for $149 on the weekend nights and $129 on the weeknights.

Yep, I remember last summer when I worked there that first thing in the morning people could ride it 2 or 3 times without getting off but by the time it was 10:00 there was already a 30 minute wait.
