Wait times are often high, but isn't that what you would prefer? Given that they can't be exact?
In particular "10" or even "15" often means a walk-on, though in the case of Indiana Jones it can take several minutes just to "walk on"!
One case where wait times can be low is on headliner attractions such as Soarin' on busy days. If you get in the standby line about an hour after opening, it will be slammed by a lot of FP people returning, and as a result the standby wait may turn out to be even more than advertised.
